Shipping & returns

Pan-India delivery with insured, tracked shipping.

Standard insured delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Orders above ₹2,000 ship complimentary; below that a ₹99 handling charge applies.

Pieces leave the Surat atelier within 2–4 business days. Stitched blouses add 5–8 working days before dispatch.

International shipping to 40+ countries.

Duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient unless noted at checkout. Every parcel is insured and tracked.

Allow 8–14 business days after dispatch, plus any customs hold. Bridal orders should be placed at least four weeks before the function.

Unworn pieces with original tags may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom, stitched, and made-to-order bridal pieces are final sale.

Write to atelier@royalcreation.in with your order number. We arrange pickup in most Indian cities; international returns are at the customer’s cost unless the piece arrived damaged.
