How do I book a bridal consultation?
WhatsApp us directly or send a message through this form with your wedding date and preferred saree styles. Our Surat atelier team will schedule a private consultation within 48 hours.
Do you ship across India?
Pan-India delivery with insured, tracked shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping to 40+ countries.
Can I visit the atelier in Surat?
Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome during studio hours, though we recommend booking ahead for bridal fittings. Our address is Ring Road Textile Hub, Udhna, Surat, Gujarat 394210, India.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces with original tags may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order bridal pieces are final sale.
How do I choose a blouse size?
Use the size chart on each product and on the Sizing page. Between two sizes, size up. You can also save blouse and petticoat measurements in your account and add stitch-to-measure at checkout.
Can I gift a saree to someone else?
Yes. At checkout, request gift wrap, add a note, hide the price on the packing slip, and ship to another address. You may also send a digital gift note to an email.
Will it arrive before my wedding date?
Check your pincode on the product page and allow extra time if you add blouse stitching. For a hard date, book a stylist call and we will confirm dispatch from Surat.
